DHS Graduating Senior Scholarship Application
For Douglas High School graduating seniors pursuing healthcare-related fields of study.
The Converse County Hospital Foundation will be awarding at least one (1) scholarship in the amount of $1,000 ($500 to be paid each semester).
Scholarship applications must be received no later than April 1st and will be awarded at the DHS Awards Day Ceremony in May.

Essay Submission
- Each applicant's essay should include answers to the following questions:
- What area of healthcare do you plan to study in college and why?
- What are your future plans after you have completed your degree?
- Why are you applying for this scholarship?
- Please include any additional information you think will be helpful to the committee in making their decision.
