A gift to the Converse County Hospital Foundation (CCHF) makes the continued excellence of healthcare possible for all Converse County residents. Through tax support and individual generosity, we are able to help treat thousands of patients each year. Gifts are used toward the purchase of needed medical equipment and in support of the following health-related facilities: the Memorial Hospital of Converse County, the Oregon Trails Rural Health Clinic, Glenrock Health Center and Bobbi's House.
Your contribution to the CCHF will help support the many facets of healthcare in Converse County.
